Engine power enhancement and modification is divided into several stages. For example, the first stage allows the full use of the manufacturer's reserve to increase power without any mechanical changes or modifications, only a new engine management programme.
The second stage allows even higher power output, but this is achieved by modifying certain components. In most cases, a new exhaust system with a higher capacity is installed instead of the factory one, and changes are made to the air intake system. Depending on the model, more or different types of modifications may be made.
Increasing the power output of the third level requires even more extensive mechanical modifications. Original engine parts are replaced by new, more robust ones. For example, cranks, pistons, crankshaft, liners are commonly replaced, valve ports are enlarged and new valves are fitted, and the original turbines are replaced with new ones capable of providing higher efficiency. Some cars also require modifications to the cooling system and, in many cases, the efficiency of the fuel system is increased.
From minimal mechanical modifications to complete modifications of engines and other systems, all of this is carried out in StartLine Motors' service and workshop. Modern and precise equipment used by professionals helps to carry out even the most complex work. This capability allows all work to be carried out more quickly and optimises costs for the customer.
